TEAM UPDATE: Founding Meeting #1

Hi everyone, I'm Lori from Paper Couture Designs. Earlier this week Heather, our founder, and I met at a local Coffee Bean to discuss the formation of our Etsy team. Below is what we talked about.

Since this was our first meeting most of what we talked about had to do with what we had in mind for the team and how to accomplish our goals. What we quickly figured out was that this will only work if everyone is involved. We came up with a list of positions that we will need to fill. They include a secretary, treasurer, art & design team, marketing team, and a team of people in charge of fairs & festivals.

In order to accomplish this we will be having a meeting on JUNE 12th at 11:00 a.m. at the Coffee Bean in Camarillo (824 Arneill Road) to discuss the formation of the team as well as get to know each other and help each other find Etsy success!

We also decided that we would have a table at the Camarillo Farmer's Market, on Saturday, June 19th. This is the day before Father's Day and may be a great outlet to catch some of those last minute shoppers. We really hope that more people can join us as it will be our first official outing of the Ventura County Handcrafted Etsy Street Team!

I'm really looking forward to getting this started and meeting all of you.
